Everyone was around, and it was Markus who answered. "Your in the SMMO Infirmery. You collapsed. Mr. Xaiver and the Captain brought you inside." the tall man lumbered out dragging the blond with him. Though Mal stayed.
"Woh. Relax. Don't move so fast. Your brain is still rebooting... Well essentially." mal said reaching out to grab him. He nodded, as did Tori and everone left. Mal sat on the bed. "So. Spill. Who's voice wasn't yours? And what do you need to tell us."[/b[ he glanced at Tori, who glared at him. Let me lead, Tori. with that he sat back, and she sat in a chair.

Don't get it twisted "Your in the SMMO Infirmery. You collapsed. Mr. Xaiver and the Captain brought you inside." Well, that made sense. It must have been the moonlight. "I apologize for that." He said plainly. "Woh. Relax. Don't move so fast. Your brain is still rebooting... Well essentially." He smiled, heeding the warning.
What did happen? Who was the voice? So many unanswered questions continued to form in his head. It didn't make sense. The blackout, the memory reel, the voice: They all seemed connected in some way. Perhaps he was looking a little too much into it. "So. Spill. Who's voice wasn't yours? And what do you need to tell us." He looked at Malcolm. "I-I'm not sure. It was just a voice that came into my head. I didn't recognize it." There was a certain level of tension between Rogue Eagle and Malcolm. It wasn't left unnoticed. Though, it did interest him. Malcolm seemed to take command, a deep interest in what exactly was going on.
"Part of me was ashamed for your having to carry me in here." He said bluntly. "More than just my pride was wounded, however. The moonlight...weakens me." He sat back down, rustling the cushion until it got comfortable for him. "That's why I blacked out. But this time, there was something more. Someone probed my mind, forced me to relive certain memories, memories that have haunted me for so long. Memories that I'm not so proud of."
They stood silently as he spoke. "I'm sure you two understand doing things that you're not proud of."
"The other reason is that there needs to be more discussion for the Xavier situation."

The man nodded, thinking. "Interesting..." he muttered as he listened. He felt Tori's thoughts. She was interested as well, and worried, and had half her mind on what she was doing LONG before this man had decided to throw his weight around, which he knew, the man was going to pay for in one way or another. It was bad to piss of Fire. It always got even.
He shrugged, but Tori nodded. "I do." she murmured. Mal couldn't answer that truthfully so he kept his mouth shut. He couldn't. Not really. He had no regret for anything he'd done, so sue him.
Then he went still. Perfectly still. "Xavier Situation. Explain. Now." that bothered him. What the hell did this guy know about the Xavier Situation? Mal was doing just fine thank you, and the only other Xavier was dead. And would stay that way, being that bringing someone back from the dead was either impossible, or impractical. And terrified the young man, though he looked more angry than scared.

"Xavier Situation. Explain. Now." The man looked fearful of Joshua's statement, and outraged. It, after all, was very understandable. It must be very hard to have not known your father, to have lost your father. That was something Elixir knew all too well.
I mean not to upset you, Malcolm. He needed to choose his words carefully. Not only had he gained coworkers, but true friends. That's what he believed. "My power, as you may have guessed, is that I can conjure, control, and diminish life forces." He couldn't really figure out what else to say. This would be difficult for Malcolm, and possibly even for Ms. Crane. He could only wait for their understanding.

Victoria stood up, and moved a bit closer to Mal. She could see the panic. This wasn't something the young man was used to thinking about. He'd known his father, pretty well since he was ten, though he and his mother had asked Xavier to keep it hidden. But Malcolm had always been touchy about death, and what it can do. Always on the edge of insanity about it actually. "You can bring back the dead." was the rather hollow words that came from Mal.
Mal couldn't believe what he was hearing. Didn't anyone realize how that could mess up the 'wheel' of the world? Reincarnation, or Going to heaven, or hell? He could talk to the dead, even ones that were long past, but they had to have a reason to have stayed... he wasn't sure he liked the idea that was forming.

"So you can bring back the dead." Elixir frowned. It was hard understanding the mind of another. Though, he could figure he knew of what was going through Malcolm's mind. His father, the only one he'd ever had, was dead. One would think that it took a while to come to terms with such. And to bring him back? How well could one handle it?
But he knew. He had to know of Elixir's purpose! He was a mindreader, after all. The reactions of Malcolm worried the mutant. He knew it'd be difficult, for everyone. But this, how do you plan human reaction? "I understand the outcome of this will be consequential." He dug his fingertips in breech of his silky pockets. "I also know and understand it may take some time for understanding. But I won't do this until you're willing." The statement was shot towards Malcolm.

lixir was a bit caught off guard by that last oral explosion. ”But you’d like to get it done sooner than later.” He was left aghast. "No, that's not at all what I mean. Take the time that you need, I am a patient man." It took him a moment to process what was being said. He didn't want to hurt Malcolm, regardless of the situation. ”And if I’m never ready? How do you know what kind of ripples you’ll effect? HM? How do you know you won’t bring him back as a zombie, or something entirely inside your will?” He needed to keep a clear head. Images of the last few comments were creeping into his imagination. He quickly hid the humor he felt of seeing a zombified Charles Xavier. What could he say? He did like humor. But this was not a time for humor, nor was there much to laugh about. He was slightly disappointed in himself for even thinking such up. He looked into the eyes of Malcolm, nearly feeling the tension between them. He could almost reach out and grab it.
"This isn't my first rodeo, Malcolm. I know of the cost, and he will become neither of which just stated." How was he to make the man understand that this was meant to be? Couldn't he see the dreams that plagued Elixir's unconsciousness? How could he not understand? He sighed deeply, a subconscious gesture. He fiddled with the strings within his pockets, pacing from side to side now. He wasn't much for hurting people, especially not anymore. His golden skin shined as the shadowed flames danced across his face. He took in the scene around him as he awaited Malcolm's answer. The fireplace, along with the rest of the mansion was very elegant. It's beauty was unmatched, in his opinion. He looked back to Malcolm, catching a glimpse of his blurred form. "I mean to come to an understanding, Malcolm, not a demand."

The short woman could see that Mal was blocked, mentally or emotionally against this. ”You’ll never get him to say ok to that Elixer.” her voice was calm as she said it. She moved between the two, placing a hand against Mal’s chest and pushing, hard enough to get him to back up a pace, and calming him down. His form had started to fluxuaite, and she’d known it was because he was loosing his grip on reality. He snapped back to solid and relaxed. ”I can’t give you the ok on that. It’ goes against what I believe.” he snapped, feeling the fire that she’d used to push him, it had been more mental than physical, but he’d backed up.
The steril room they were standing in seemed small to him. ”I don’t care if it’s your first rodeo. I know the caust of death, probably better than you. I speak with the dead all the time. Taking one back from the shadow world WILL mess something up. Badly. You may drag something else along with him. How can you besure that won’t happen?” Mal snapped before turning and going through the door. His voice echoing in the empty room. It was a hospital room after all. Steril and such. He slammed the door on his way out, and left Tori alone with her new recruit. She sighed. ”You had to push him didn’t you? Mal’s not someone to even dare to push to hard. He’s worse than me. Believe me. And he’s right. How can you be sure you won’t drag something else along with? It’s a thought. I’m not saying don’t do it, I’m saying, be smart.” [/blockquote] Word Count: Dun care… Notes: Attire: To lazy Status: Compleate Muse: wrapped in your arms Fireflight Pic By: Google, Alex Pettyfer Lyrics By: 30 Seconds to Mars A Beautiful Lie Template By: ARRO FROM CAUTION 2.0!!

here was a small glimmer in Joshua's skin tone. It was minute, but measurable. He'd, as far as he could tell, maintained himself quite well. But he wasn't prepared to let someone talk to him that way. Then, as quickly as the rage had come, it'd gone as well. The room began to cool, and it started to swirl once again. Not again. He thought to himself, fighting the nausea. ”I can’t give you the ok on that. It’ goes against what I believe.”
"What you believe and what I can do are two entirely different things." He said, not necessarily demandingly, but with a small amount of force. Then he could feel it, the warmth from Victoria Crane's powers. Her discomfort was rising, and she felt as if she were about to explode. He slowly fell to the couch, preparing for the next wave of swirls as she talked. Man, won't this night just end..." He muttered under his breath, as he grimaced. Here it comes..
”You had to push him didn’t you? Mal’s not someone to even dare to push to hard. He’s worse than me. Believe me. And he’s right. How can you be sure you won’t drag something else along with? It’s a thought. I’m not saying don’t do it, I’m saying, be smart.” He laughed a little. "I'm not opening a portal, I'm returning what was lost." Saying it as such didn't exactly bring much to the table, as far as they were concerned. But he knew what he was doing. It wasn't exactly a guess and check thing, there's a process, there's targetting involved. "Secondly, I was not saying that I ask for your blessings. I'll do it, nevertheless. I just don't want to do it before he's ready. Emotionally." He took a deep breath. "If it goes against what you morally believe in, then hate me until death do us part, but I won't shed tear because two people, to whom I barely know, dislike the decisions I make in my life."
"I don't mean to test you, or Malcolm, for that matter. I'm actually quite fond of him." He said, trying to mend feelings. He slowly stood back up, peering into her eyes. Piercing lines formed across his forehead. There was quite a lot happening all around. He wondered what was going on that he wasn't being informed of. "But, for tonight, I need to go home, and rest." He said, bowing to her. Yeah, so frickin what, he was old fashioned. "If you don't need anything from me this night, I'll take my leave." [/blockquote][/blockquote] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Y o u h e a r d t h a t I w a s d a n g e r o u s «but.you.couldn't.resist» 803× n o t e s; Sorry this took soo long × t a g g e d; Victoria Crane ; Malcolm Xavier× l y r i c s; all the right moves by OneRepublic× c r e d i t; this template was made 100% by Kyla of OPEN UP TO MY WORLD. do not copy any of the colors, fonts, or images used in the template. steal and be reported.[/ul]
